The aim is to answer the actual situation behind a page, rather than publish a large number of near-identical lists. A guide should help a reader make a decision, adapt a thank-you note or reply.

Technical checks cover links, metadata, accessible diagrams and page delivery. These checks do not guarantee agreement with every suggestion or acceptance by a search engine.

Sources and scope

Sources appear beside guides that make externally verifiable safety statements. Each source has a defined role. Styling preferences and original writing examples do not need to masquerade as scientific findings. Specialist installation, health and legal questions are outside the publication’s role.

Dates

Publication dates identify this edition, not an unknown historical publication date. A revision date changes when the page is substantively revised. We do not advance dates merely to make a page appear new. Consolidated guides explain the current topic without pretending to reproduce all previous material.

Responsibility for the publication
